Due to the nature of our products — original artwork printed on fabric — we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photographs of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Neck pieces — Sparkle by Lara
Each Sparkle by Lara neck piece is completely handmade and one of a kind. As such we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you have any concerns about your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

We do not offer exchanges. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing and feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order.
Incorrect orders
If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost.
