Processing time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping — South Africa

We ship nationwide via courier, including within Cape Town. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days once dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We take great care in packaging every order. However once an order has been dispatched we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
